Set up your company online – fast and price efficient

Our notary’s office offers you the opportunity to set up your company directly online. This is available for a flat rate of only CHF 490 plus VAT (all services and notarization are included. Only the commercial register fees have to be paid separately). You do not need to make use of any other services (e.g. taking out insurance, etc.). In other words, you can set up your company quickly and easily without any further obligation.

Thanks to our online company formation service, you no longer need to visit our notary’s office in St. Gallen in person to form a GmbH or AG, but can do everything directly at home.

This is how it works:

All you need to do is complete the form below. We will then receive a non-binding request with all the necessary data. We will then prepare all the documents and send them to you by e-mail. All you need to do is print them out, sign them and return them to us. That’s all. Your company will then be entered in the commercial register in around 7 to 10 days.

Your request is non-binding. We will contact you again after you have completed the form to discuss any outstanding issues. You can withdraw from the formation process at any time.

Our notary’s office has extensive experience in the area of company formation. We are not a simple online portal, but can also assist you with other questions during the formation process. This is part of our service and is not charged additionally.
