Public Limited Company (PLC)

The formation of a PLC requires a public certification. We prepare and provide you with all of the necessary documents to establish your enterprise. Our notary will advise you throughout the entire foundation process.

It does not matter in which canton the Public Limited Company is established. Our certifications are valid throughout Switzerland. This means that you are free to choose the canton in which your company’s registered office will be located.

Note that substitutions are also permitted for commercial law certifications. You can therefore be represented both in the establishment of a company and in amendments to the articles of association, etc. and therefore do not need to visit our notary’s office in person. If you want to benefit from our notary services but cannot travel to St.Gallen, we will find a solution that is advantageous for you. Please do not hesitate to contact us for further information.
