Foundation of a Limited Liability Company (LLC) for a price of CHF 550 (excl. VAT)
The offer includes the preparation of all necessary documents by our notary’s office as well as the notarization fee. We will be happy to assist you through a free-cost call.
Let us know about your case using the form below and we will contact you for a free initial consultation:
The formation of a LLC requires a public certification. We prepare and provide you with all of the necessary documents to establish your enterprise. Our notary will advise you throughout the entire foundation process.
It does not matter in which canton the Limited Liability Company is established. Our certifications are valid throughout Switzerland. This means that you are free to choose the canton in which your company’s registered office will be located.
Note that substitutions are also permitted for commercial law certifications. They can therefore be represented both in the formation of a company and in amendments to the Articles of Association, etc. If you want to benefit from our notary services but cannot travel to St.Gallen, we will find a solution that is advantageous for you. Please do not hesitate to contact us for further information.
Among other things, we offer you the following services:
– Incorporation
– Amendment of the Articles of Association (e.g. change of purpose, change of registered office, etc.)
– Assignment of a Company Share (also possible in the form of simple written form)
– Resolution on Dissolution (liquidation)
Conversion/Mergers
If you want to change the legal form of your company, e.g. convert a limited liability company into a public limited company, or take over one company into another with all assets and liabilities, we will be pleased to provide you with our services.
Amendments to the Articles of Association
Any change to the Articles of Association (change of registered office, change of purpose, capital increase/decrease, etc.) requires a public certification. We show you the implications under company law and help you to obtain the necessary documents.
